Patrick Walsh, CEO, is an entrepreneur, investment manager, and corporate executive with a long history of leadership within the financial and consumer sectors. Based in Palm Beach County, Florida, he founded PW Partners in 2012 as a value-focused investment firm dedicated to supporting the growth and operational strength of small- and mid-cap companies. His work in investment management has been recognized by major business publications, including Forbes, Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times. Through PW Partners, Patrick directs investment strategy, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise finance initiatives. He began his career in 1998 at Prudential Capital Group and Prudential Securities, specializing in commercial real estate and publicly traded real estate investment trusts. He later joined Deutsche Bank as vice president of investment banking before transitioning into hedge fund and partnership roles in Chicago. After relocating to Florida in 2012, he launched PW Partners and continued expanding his investment and operational work nationwide. Patrick's academic background reflects a combination of financial training and athletic achievement. He first attended Wesleyan University, where he studied economics while competing in football and baseball. Following a back injury that ended his athletic career, he transferred to Boston College and graduated with honors in accountancy. He later completed advanced investment studies at Columbia University through the Graduate School of Business Executive Value Investing Program led by economist Bruce Greenwald. He also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Born in San Diego and raised in Boston, Patrick Walsh, CEO, now lives and works in Jupiter, Florida. Outside of business, he enjoys fitness, cooking, literature, and travel. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of several companies, including BJ's Restaurants, Inc., Del Taco Restaurants, Inc., and Town Sports International, where he served as chairman of the board.
