Bruce-Lee St-Germain

I am a young Haitian professional in Administrative Sciences with a strong interest in project management, digital innovation, youth empowerment, humanitarian action, sustainable development, and international cooperation. I completed four years of university studies in Administrative Sciences at the Public University of the South in Les Cayes (UPSAC), Haiti. To strengthen my professional profile, I have completed several international online training programs in Financial Management, Project Management, Procurement and Logistics, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), Humanitarian Shelter and Settlements, and Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Management. My professional experience includes an administrative internship at Caisse Populaire Sainte-Anne de Camp-Perrin (CAPOSAC), where I gained practical experience in administrative procedures, accounting operations, customer service, and credit management. I am particularly interested in designing innovative solutions that address youth unemployment, skills development, digital inclusion, food security, public health, and sustainable economic development in Haiti. One of my most significant international achievements was the official selection of my scientific poster by Action Against Hunger (France) for the Research for Nutrition Conference (R4NUT 2025). My project, entitled "A Digital Learning Platform to Empower Haitian Youth in the Fight Against Undernutrition", proposes an accessible digital learning platform designed to strengthen young people's knowledge in nutrition, public health, hygiene, and community resilience, particularly in underserved and rural areas. I also participated as a Virtual Delegate in the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026 under the theme "FutureWorks: Designing Jobs for the Digital Age." The Summit brought together more than 250 delegates in Washington, D.C., and nearly 10,000 participants worldwide. Through active engagement in discussions, networking sessions, and live Q&A activities, I ranked 31st among the Top 50 virtual delegates with 1,270 engagement points. This experience reinforced my commitment to promoting youth innovation, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. Previously, I also participated in the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2025, further strengthening my understanding of global development challenges and international cooperation. I am actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with international organizations, research institutions, development agencies, universities, and partners working on projects related to education, youth employment, digital transformation, climate resilience, food systems, governance, humanitarian response, and social innovation. I believe that technology, knowledge sharing, and international partnerships can create sustainable opportunities for young people and contribute to resilient communities. My long-term objective is to contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring, and management of high-impact international development projects that improve livelihoods, strengthen institutions, and support inclusive and sustainable growth.
